We're looking for a MilTech Recruiter to help us find and vet senior engineering talent for defense-adjacent and military-technology work.
This is sensitive, high-stakes hiring. We need someone who understands the domain, respects discretion, and knows how to reach people who aren't looking.
Your goal is to help MilTech teams hire specialists who meet agreed role requirements through a structured, confidential process. You will:
- Agree on role requirements, assessment criteria, and hiring priorities with hiring managers.
- Identify relevant engineering specialists and build relationships with candidates who are not actively job hunting.
- Conduct structured screening interviews to assess relevant experience, motivation, and expectations.
- Coordinate technical interviews with engineering specialists and collect feedback against agreed criteria.
- Keep candidate records current, track hiring progress, and support candidates through the offer and start date.
- Protect candidate and project information and identify delays or recurring issues in the hiring process.

We are looking for a recruiter who understands technical roles and can manage a clear, respectful hiring process. You bring:
- Experience filling technical or engineering roles, with examples of difficult searches and your approach.
- The ability to engage experienced candidates and assess their interest without pressuring them.
- An understanding of the MilTech context and how it affects candidate expectations and hiring requirements.
- Careful handling of confidential information and consistent documentation of hiring decisions.
- Fluent Ukrainian and English sufficient for candidate communication and technical role descriptions.
You will help build technical teams in MilTech and improve how hiring decisions are made:
