We're looking for a Product Owner to own delivery across our engineering and design engagements — turning client goals into a roadmap the team can build against.
You'll sit between clients, designers, and engineers, and you'll be the person who keeps everyone pointed at the same outcome.
Your goal is to turn client objectives and user needs into clear product priorities and useful releases. You will:
- Clarify the problem, target users, and success criteria with the client before defining solutions.
- Build and maintain a product roadmap and prioritized backlog based on value, effort, and dependencies.
- Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria with design and engineering colleagues.
- Agree on release scope with the client and team, making trade-offs and constraints explicit.
- Review delivered functionality against agreed criteria and keep stakeholders informed of decisions and changes.
- Use product data and user feedback to assess releases and set the next priorities.

We are looking for someone who can make product decisions clear, justified, and actionable. You bring:
- Experience taking digital products or features from problem definition to release, with examples of results.
- Experience working with designers and engineers to clarify requirements and assess implementation constraints.
- The ability to prioritize a backlog using business value, user needs, and available evidence.
- The ability to lead discussions, resolve conflicting expectations, and document agreed decisions.
- Fluent Ukrainian and English sufficient to independently discuss requirements and present decisions to clients.
