At Illumea, we design and build digital products for teams that value quality, long-term thinking, and responsible execution.
We partner with founders, startups, and growing businesses to turn ideas into products — from strategy and design to engineering and ongoing support.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own how people find Illumea — across search, paid, and the new AI answer engines — and turn that attention into qualified conversations.
This is a hands-on role. You'll run the experiments, read the numbers, and decide where the next unit of effort goes.
Your goal is to turn marketing activity into qualified demand and measurable business results. You will:
- Research customer needs, market context, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Build a prioritized marketing plan with clear objectives, budgets, and success criteria.
- Develop and test messaging, offers, and landing pages for selected customer segments.
- Set up measurement across the customer journey and report on conversion, acquisition costs, and lead quality.
- Run prioritized experiments, document findings, and decide what to scale, revise, or stop.
- Agree on lead qualification criteria with sales and use feedback to improve marketing performance.
